Our Commitment

Digital Shift Media is dedicated to providing superior services, while continuing to contribute to the well being of our local community. We can achieve this through our Community Outreach Program and our Green Policy. We are further developing our programs to ensure our practices follow these guideline.

Community Outreach Program

To continue our efforts and follow our corporate policies, Digital Shift Media is offering its hosting service free of charge to all Canadian Non-Profit Organizations. We have developed this program to provide Non-Profit organizations with a free online solution.

This program helps to promote the organization and its cause to the world. Non-profit organizations receive the the NPO Plan free of charge (or can use the value of the NPO Plan as a credit to upgrade to another hosting plan). The community outreach program offers free hosting and requires the Non-profit organizations to own a domain name. If the organization does not own a domain name it can register one with Digital Shift. The organization can have its webmaster easily update the web site (via FTP or Cpanel) or have Digital Shift manage the web site. Green Policy

Digital Shift Media is always trying to find more ways to use environmentally friendly products to help reduce the impact on our environment. Digital Shift Media is environmentally active. We are currently using recycled paper as well as Energy Star rated equipment to conduct day to day business. We believe we should do the best possible to ensure we keep our planet clean, so others will be able to experience what so many have taken for granted.
